This notice explains how the Atlas AI marketing website handles information. Atlas AI is a product by Point Software Solutions. This notice covers this website; it does not describe the data practices of future Atlas applications.

Information entered in the early-access form

The form asks for your email address, an optional preferred platform, and your agreement to receive Atlas AI early-access and launch communications. Do not submit passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal information.

The current form operates in your browser and logs the submitted information, consent choice, and submission time to the browser developer console. It does not currently transmit those details to Point Software Solutions, save them in a mailing list, or send email. The confirmation acknowledges the local form interaction. Console entries may remain until cleared by you or the browser.

Preferences stored on your device

The current website does not save display preferences in browser storage. If you used an older version, a color theme preference under atlas-theme may remain until you clear site storage. The website does not set advertising cookies or include an analytics tracker in its current code.

Hosting and external services

Your hosting provider processes technical connection information, such as IP address, requested pages, and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. Retention and handling depend on the hosting provider. The website uses system fonts and serves its product graphics locally. Links to Point Software Solutions and other external pages are governed by those services' own privacy notices.

Your choices and questions

You can choose not to submit the form, clear your browser console and site storage, or contact Point Software Solutions about privacy questions or withdrawal of any communication request you have made directly to the company.
